My Story

Ajay Macherla is a high school student with a passion for creative writing, service, and medicine. Through practicing high performance in his life, Ajay has transformed his personality and mindset from an unmotivated middle school student into a determined and goal-oriented high school student. He is excited to begin his journey as a self-help book author to bring awareness about high performance to younger audiences.

What is high performance?

According to Brendon Burchard’s High Performance Habits: How Extraordinary People Become That Way, high performance is defined as sustained excellence over the long-term. Widely employed in adult entrepreneurship and business, high performance is necessary for personal development and health. Through his book, Ajay shares personal experiences, high performance strategies, and interview responses from over 30 high schoolers around the world in the effort to make high-performance development a habit to younger audiences.

How You can do it

If you're a high school student interested in becoming the best version of yourself or a parent who wants to provide the best support for your high school student’s development, you’re in the right place! Ajay Macherla is a high school student who, through observing his failures and successes, has developed a four-tiered framework for achieving high performance development that is specifically tailored to high schoolers.
